new knitting project

hi together
last friday I saw a wonderful project by my neighbor..
when I come home, I looked in my stash, and had not enough,but now I found it in the Internet, so I can start with knitting!

I had this, when I was a little girl, and loved it..now I miss it...

but I found something others:

some days ago I won a price in a wool shop:
a little sheep bag, perfect for wool for my socks
and a 20 Euro  coupon  for wool!!

now I think,I will figure out the pattern, to make my own ones...

Civil war Quilt

yesterday I sewed the 53. block, because 2011 had 53 saturdays.
now today, I put the border on it.
I got this wonderful borderfabric from Sandy in Kansas City.
all block are 4"
I'm happy about my Quilting top!
want to handquilting it, when I have time!
